What can i mix with the vanilla flavoured body fortress whey protein powder?

i have bought this and it tasts rankkkkkkk!


its a huge tub so pls pls can someone advise what i can mix it with...





i need protein! and ive already opened it so i cnt return it :(

I mix mine with a 1/2 cup of skim milk, 1/2 cup of OJ, sometimes a half banana, and a splenda. You can also add fresh berries or your favorite fruit.. You want to put ot in the blender with a few ice cubes. It's real good.What can i mix with the vanilla flavoured body fortress whey protein powder?
I drink a Vanilla Ice Cream Flavored Shake twice a day as part of my ';No Diet Weight Loss Plan'; ... It taste great buy it self but I like to add frozen fruit (your choice of fruit) in with mine and blend it up ... A friend of mine does the same thing but also adds a couple of ice cubes to make it into a smoothie
add some choclate because it's a stronger flavour and some sugar, and drink it as fast as you can, although i advice you to never mix it with any juice
