For variety add mint extract or cinnamon or orange zest to the milk when you bring it to a boil. Mint can make it good for summer, cinnamon for winter, orange just for fun.

I don't understand why I feel really powdery when I'm done sweating and if I look really close at my skin I can see lots of tiny white dots on my skin and I don't know why. MAC Studio Fix Powder or Bare Minerals loose powder?
I've been using Bare Minerals as a powder foundation, but I wanted a change. I've heard good things about MAC Studio Fix Powder, but because it's a solid powder is it cakey? And does the Studio Fix get as good of a coverage as Bare Minerals? Also, how long would one compact of MAC SF last you?

I think you will mess up your body if you take weight loss pills as well as muscle building powder drinks. If you want to lose weight you should cut out all the junk food and sugary cola drinks. If you want to gain muscle you should go to the gym and do some weight training, There are no short cuts to gaining muscle and losing weight.
There are some good weight loss programs around, one is called Turbulence Training where you do exercises to gain muscles but lose weight at the same time. See my profile for more information.

With my herps, I put their vitamin powder on a few crickets 2 times a week. They eat it right up ;)
When it comes to a leopard gecko's diet, I would feed her more crickets than mealworms. Crickets are a great source of the necessary nutrition; wax worms, etc are mainly just comprised of fat.
I would also recommend gutloading your crickets! To do this, you will need to feed them a special type of food that fills them up with the vitamins that your little gecko needs. This is EXTREMELY good for your Leopard Gecko! You can buy gutload at any pet store.

No, i'm assuming that adding vitamin powder to water would be equivelent to adding sand to the the water. My guess is the water would destroy the vitamins in the powder and only leave the powder. But what you can do is buy liquid vitamins made specifically for adding to a reptiles water. Most of them also dechlorinate the water too. With my herps, I put their vitamin powder on a few crickets 2 times a week. They eat it right up ;)
When it comes to a leopard gecko's diet, I would feed her more crickets than mealworms. Crickets are a great source of the necessary nutrition; wax worms, etc are mainly just comprised of fat.
I would also recommend gutloading your crickets! To do this, you will need to feed them a special type of food that fills them up with the vitamins that your little gecko needs. This is EXTREMELY good for your Leopard Gecko! You can buy gutload at any pet store.

No, i'm assuming that adding vitamin powder to water would be equivelent to adding sand to the the water. My guess is the water would destroy the vitamins in the powder and only leave the powder. But what you can do is buy liquid vitamins made specifically for adding to a reptiles water. Most of them also dechlorinate the water too. I am acne prone, currently on retin a and a topical antibiotic and I STILL break out. I was currently using clinique foundation and powder and then discovered they both contain talc and bismuth- maybe why I can't get my skin under control. What is a good Powder Board? I need some recommendations.?
I would like to get a powder board for those days when Mt. Hood is deep in powder. I have been riding a Nitro Mystique for the past 3 seasons and although I can ride in powder (leaning on the back of the board), there is always that feeling that you are going to be sucked down into it. I know there are boards out there that are made with the bindings set back and that are wider so more volume to keep you above the powder, but I've never tried one, and would love if you can give me some recommendations. I have a Nitro Black Widow waiting for me in Austria, so that will cover all the non-powder days, but I think I'd like to have a powder board too. The previous Answerers gave you some great examples of good powder boards so I won't get specific with my suggestions but I'll give you a general idea of what to look for in the different powder boards.
The biggest thing to talk about in powder boards is taper. Taper is when the nose of the board is wider than the tail. This construction technique will give the nose of your board better float in deep snow while allowing the tail to sink more so you don't actually need to lean back as much. Depending on the amount of taper you may lose some stability on the groomed runs but most tapered boards offer the best of both worlds. 30 mm's or more of taper is very powder specific and sacrifices more groomer capability. 20-30 mm's of taper is a great balance point for an all mountain board that is good everywhere but great in the powder. 10-20 mm's of taper is a board that will excel in most conditions for the all mountain rider that can only have one board.
The next thing to look at is tail design. The two most powder specific designs are swallow tails and pin tails. A swallow tail is pretty distinctive in that it has a deep V cut into the tail. Again, this reduces the surface area of the tail and allows the board to be ridden in a good ';nose up'; position without the rider really needing to lean back. These boards offer very good stability at higher speeds but aren't as maneuverable. Pintails on the other hand reduce surface area by coming to a narrower point at the tip of the tail. These designs offer great maneuverability but less stability. What kind of riding do you do most? If you find yourself mainly in open bowls going as fast as possible, then a swallow tail could be the best fit. If you love shreding tight tree lines then you can't go wrong with a shorter, more tapered pin tail. Of course, there is everything in between as well.
No comes some of the more interesting ideas in powder boards. Rocker. Two companies (I think) are pioneering the use of rocker in their powder boards. Think of rocker as reverse camber. Instead of your board bowing up in between your bindings, your board will curve up from the lowest point between your feet to the highest point at the tip and tail. I'm looking forward to trying out some rocker'd boards this year. From what I'm hearing these boards are great and a good option to the powder rider who wants to ride switch or spend a lot of time hitting big backcountry kickers. However, I have heard these boards are tough to ride groomed runs on.

Really, the only thing you'll sacrifice with this board is the ability to ride switch well (and for the record, you can ride this board switch if you need to) and it's a beast in the pipe...and that's it. This board actually carves groomers as well (and some claim it's better) than the Burton Custom. And you'll be all smiles in the powder, crud, slush, chop and corn.

...in addition to the above, Burton also makes some powder specific boards namely the Malolo and the Fish. Also I think Lib Tech has a powder specific - ';freestyle'; board called the banana hammock. It's primary feature is the use of rocker instead of camber which should make it easier for the board to ride above pow rather than dig into it.

If you can get two different boards that is the way to go especially for Hood because the POW there can get pretty heavy as you may know.

The previous Answerers gave you some great examples of good powder boards so I won't get specific with my suggestions but I'll give you a general idea of what to look for in the different powder boards.
The biggest thing to talk about in powder boards is taper. Taper is when the nose of the board is wider than the tail. This construction technique will give the nose of your board better float in deep snow while allowing the tail to sink more so you don't actually need to lean back as much. Depending on the amount of taper you may lose some stability on the groomed runs but most tapered boards offer the best of both worlds. 30 mm's or more of taper is very powder specific and sacrifices more groomer capability. 20-30 mm's of taper is a great balance point for an all mountain board that is good everywhere but great in the powder. 10-20 mm's of taper is a board that will excel in most conditions for the all mountain rider that can only have one board.
The next thing to look at is tail design. The two most powder specific designs are swallow tails and pin tails. A swallow tail is pretty distinctive in that it has a deep V cut into the tail. Again, this reduces the surface area of the tail and allows the board to be ridden in a good ';nose up'; position without the rider really needing to lean back. These boards offer very good stability at higher speeds but aren't as maneuverable. Pintails on the other hand reduce surface area by coming to a narrower point at the tip of the tail. These designs offer great maneuverability but less stability. What kind of riding do you do most? If you find yourself mainly in open bowls going as fast as possible, then a swallow tail could be the best fit. If you love shreding tight tree lines then you can't go wrong with a shorter, more tapered pin tail. Of course, there is everything in between as well.
No comes some of the more interesting ideas in powder boards. Rocker. Two companies (I think) are pioneering the use of rocker in their powder boards. Think of rocker as reverse camber. Instead of your board bowing up in between your bindings, your board will curve up from the lowest point between your feet to the highest point at the tip and tail. I'm looking forward to trying out some rocker'd boards this year. From what I'm hearing these boards are great and a good option to the powder rider who wants to ride switch or spend a lot of time hitting big backcountry kickers. However, I have heard these boards are tough to ride groomed runs on.

EDIT: Okay, for your size and weight, I'd suggest a 154 Burton Malolo. That board is the perfect balance of all mountain goodness and powder dominance. Really, the only thing you'll sacrifice with this board is the ability to ride switch well (and for the record, you can ride this board switch if you need to) and it's a beast in the pipe...and that's it. This board actually carves groomers as well (and some claim it's better) than the Burton Custom. And you'll be all smiles in the powder, crud, slush, chop and corn.

...in addition to the above, Burton also makes some powder specific boards namely the Malolo and the Fish. Also I think Lib Tech has a powder specific - ';freestyle'; board called the banana hammock. It's primary feature is the use of rocker instead of camber which should make it easier for the board to ride above pow rather than dig into it.

Its amazing how fresh this will make your cloths. We used to only use detergent to wash our sons dirty cloth diapers and they began having a little smell to them even after washing. So we switched to a very small amount of detergent and about 1/2 cup vinegar and baking soda. the diapers smell really fresh and the vinegar kills all bacteria better than detergent.

Don't get Cover Girl. Of all the drugstore brands, Cover Girl, in my opinion, has the worst products. I've found much better products under even the cheaper brands, like N.Y.C. and Wet N' Wild.
Here's my suggestion on a good drugstore flawless routine for your face:
Primer: Sally Hansen Luminizing Face Primer, Monistat Chafing Relief Powder Gel (not a primer but an amazing alternative)
Concealer for acne and/or blemishes: Physician's Formula Duo Concealer in Green/Light
Foundation: Revlon Colorstay, Rimmel Stay Matte, Maybelline Dream Matte Liquid Foundation (I use a flat-top brush, not my fingers or a foundation brush, to apply my foundation; I stipple it on and it gives me a flawless look.)
Powder: NYC Loose Powder, Maybelline Dream Matte Pressed Powder (I use a Kabuki brush to set my powder)

I won't go into the whole biological/chemical explanation but to put it in a simple summary, you basically pee out part of it and the rest either turns to body fat (adipose tissue), or gets stored as glycogen.
For protein, you should be consuming 0.8 grams per kilogram of body weight. (1 kilogram is equal to 2.2 pounds). *I* think to make the boldest statement is to paint the wall a CRISP white, and then accent in 1 colour.

Yes but I does not last that long. Atleast not for me and their colors are limited. I got the darkest color they had and it still wasn't dark enough for me, but I am really tan. So if you are really tan I do not reccomend Physician's Formula Pressed Powder.

Why can't I find a face powder light enough for my skin?
I always go for the lightest shade, and it just makes my face look dirty or pink. Even translucent is too pink or orangy..any help? my skin tone is just neutral and very fair..Why can't I find a face powder light enough for my skin?

Can u mix a semi permanent hair color with a color booster, like a powder bleach?
No. The chemicals will not mix well. If they even do mix, there's no telling what color you will get. You can mix a higher volume creme developer(peroxide) to a light color and lighten hair color without bleach. I use Clairol, Beautiful Blondes, 12B, 1 Blondest Beige. One part color (one ounce) to double developer (Peroxide) For no longer than 35 minutes. Usually under the dryer with a plastic cap on, to help lifting. This is how I highlight my hair, after pulling through a plastic cap made for highlighting. I use 40 Volume Creme Developer. i hear clinique's perfectly real makeup is really good..i use mac studio fix..n i luv..i luv all tht is mac..but if i ws to try anything else..it wld be the clinique bcz i heard alot of happy customers =)
