What is the rust color powder on my rose leaves and how can I get rid of it?

Your rose has a fungus called Rust (really!!). Make sure that you are not over watering your rose and that there is no standing water.





You can spray the rose bush with a solution of water, baking soda and a bit of vegetable oil (to make it stick).
