Which do you put on first translucent powder for shine or spot concealer?

I always use concealers underneath any foundations or powders. The powders help to soften over any ';correctional'; make-ups. Enjoy experimenting though!Which do you put on first translucent powder for shine or spot concealer?
if you have imperfection on your skin such as: acne spots, scars, dark circles, or dark spots then use the spot concealer first. the application of a spot concealer is very simple, you first apply if lightly to your ';imperfect areas';, dab it lightly and pat just around the area applied. (NEVER smear!!) after you've compleatly covered all the areas apply your foundation, then apply your powder, its as simple as that! Concealor, especially if it's a liquid, stick, or cream. Always put liquids, creams, etc under powders.
Always put spot concealer first before your powder. If not, your face will look 'cakey' and your spots will look even more obvious.
