There's really only 3 kinds, whey protein, soy protein, or egg protein.





You should use what you can tolerate, and avoid what you are allergic to or can't tolerate (digest well).





Brands shouldn't matter, since the processes used to make all the protein powders are similar. Taste should be a big factor, because if it tastes nasty you won't drink it. Trust me on that point.
