get some freezer bags put the fresh chicken pieces in them, close tightly, make sure to get all the air out to prevent freezer burn, then throw it in the freezer...
By putting in deep freezer with little marination of salt. if u can get liquid nitrogen then within 2 to 3 seconds.
put it in the freezer.... no powder needed..
