You can use baking powder instead of baking soda. It doesn't work the other way around, though. You'll need to use more baking powder %26amp; it will affect the taste. Baking powder is just baking soda with cream of tartar to add the acidity to help cake rise.Can I use baking powder instead of baking soda in Amish bread?
